Furthermore, to increase the quality level for our customers and to seize new market opportunities, during the year 2020 the company has integrated its 9001 certified with the IATF 16949 standard, a quality system with specific requirements for the automotive industry, applicable to any organization that manufactures components, assemblies and parts for the automotive industry.

The pursuit of quality in all aspects from the initial project to the realization, manufacturing and delivery of the product, is one of the main objectives of Univel.

Each activity is involved in a process of continuous improvement, through the selection and control of suppliers, the monitoring of process and product phases, the analysis of indicators and any correctiveactions to be applied, to ensure compliance with a high quality standard to pursue the goal of full customer satisfaction.

IPC Standard

Univel operates according to IPC regulations, the processing and acceptability standard with regard to the world of applied electronics.

With the achievement of this certification, through the training of some reference figures, the company wants to demonstrate its commitment to significantly increase the excellence of processing and control over the finished product in order to meet customer requests more carefully.

The daily commitment to improving energy efficiency in the plant and managing processes is part of our company's DNA.

We constantly monitor the Environmental Management System and energy consumption in order to optimize them by reducing waste. We constantly raise awareness among our staff through training on new regulations and correct environmental practices.

The importance of waste and proper waste management

To become as sustainable as possible every year, the commitment is to minimize waste materials and try to raise the recycling rate more and more.

Great attention is paid to the correct separation of packaging before flowing into the recycling chain, to the disposal of hazardous substances, also avoiding the use of products containing toxic substances.

Our daily commitment

The photovoltaic panels cover our company and feed part of the needs of the plant. They represent one of the most efficient systems of green energy that allows excellent energy savings.

Photovoltaic systems use clean energy from a renewable source, allowing to reduce the emission of polluting particles into the air. In addition, Univel has drinking water points to meet the needs of offices and production, thus also benefiting the reduction of plastic waste.

For Univel, safety comes first.

The company implements all the measures, measures, assessments and monitoring to protect the health and integrity of workers, creating the best conditions in which everyone can carry out their work safely.

The goal is to be able to acquire ISO 45001 certification, the international standard that specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system. In fact, it allows to eliminate, reduce or otherwise control the risk factors deriving from work processes, accidents and injuries for workers that can cause the onset of occupational diseases.
